Do you struggle to get motivated to exercise by yourself OR is your gym membership just not paying off? Then it is time to get yourself enrolled in my Ultimate Group Training Program! The group sessions are FUN, highly motivating, a great way to make new friends and of course get RESULTS fast. 

Sessions include an array of highly successful techniques proven to get results in the quickest timeframe possible including: strength, cardio, core, boxing, HIIT and bootcamp style exercises. 

Session Times:

 06:00 - 06:45 every Monday, Wednesday and Friday morning

18:15 - 19:00 every Tuesday and Thursday evening. 

12:30 - 13:15 every Wednesday lunch time - St Davids Park.

 All sessions are now in our summer location at Simmons Park, Lindisfarne on the Esplanade.
